| Here's the inner workings of Engine 1249, a Baldwin-Lima-Hamilton RS4TC1A. Formerly of the US Air Force, she was built in December of 1953 and rebuilt in 1992, and the power plant in the engine is a CAT 3508. Pictured from top clockwise: air compressor,the generator,PSID guage, cylinder head, front headlights, and the luggage compartment at the F end of the engine. |  |
